1. How to pre-book your parking

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a parking reservation for Utilita Arena Birmingham (UAB) here. Our events page shows every event that has pre-booking available at UAB.

Click on ‘Select Parking’ for the event you would like to book. You will now see available parking options for the dates of this event.

Select your date, car park, vehicle type and number of vehicles into the fields. The “Promo code” field is used if you have a promotional code. Entering a promotional code will result in a discounted price when you pay. Rates include VAT, and this will be shown on your order confirmation/receipt.

Once you have completed all the fields, click on ‘Continue Booking’ and enter your personal details. Please ensure you correctly enter the Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) and read and accept our “Terms and Conditions”, a link to which you will also find on this display. You may also tick the box to receive information directly from UAB or other NEC venues.

Once completed, click on ‘Continue Booking’ and enter your payment details. After clicking on “Confirm payment”, your order confirmation will appear. This will also be sent to via email. You may print out the order confirmation. This order confirmation is also your receipt.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your booking you can do so by going to “Manage My Booking” via the link on the order confirmation display. You can also access “Manage My Booking” from our website.

If you use our service regularly, we recommend that you make a profile to avoid having to submit your personal details every time. You make a profile by registering with us at the top of the display.

2. General Information

How do I get to Utilita Arena Birmingham?

Full details for travelling to UAB can be found here. Plan your journey in advance for a smooth arrival. Check your event page closer to the event date for any travel updates.

The UAB car parks are within the clean air zone. Daily charges do apply if your vehicle does not meet the required clean air zone criteria.

What time do car parks open and close?

Car Park opening and closing times vary depending on the event and location. Please check the event information for accurate timings.

Is there on street parking located around the UAB?

Please be aware that there is limited parking available on street near to the UAB. A strict permit parking scheme is enforced on event days.

How far ahead can I book?

It is possible to book as soon as the event is listed on our website – and once you have booked, you are protected against any price changes. You must place your booking at least 30 minutes before your arrival to the car park.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard/ EuroCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Maestro and Visa Electron. The customer is responsible for validity of the card. Invalid cards will be rejected. We don’t accept cheques, cash or other payment methods online.

When is the parking amount charged against my card?

Your credit or debit card is charged on completion of the pre-booking process.

Is there a booking fee?

We do not charge booking or debit card fees.

3. How to use ‘Manage Booking’

How do I know that my order has been placed?

Once you have finished the booking process you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. There is no need to print this out as our cameras use Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact utilitaarenabirmingham@apcoa.com. You may also generate a new confirmation email from ‘Manage My Booking’.

How can I get a new order confirmation/receipt sent by email?

I’ve made an order but can’t find the reference number?

The reference number is at the top of the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can go to “Manage My Booking” and enter your email address and post code. All bookings made with this email address and post code will be displayed. From the options available you can send yourself a new booking confirmation email.

What happens if I bring a different vehicle than on my original booking?

You must ensure that the correct VRN is on the booking at the time of you entering the car park. Failure to do so may result in a Penalty Charge (PC) being issued.

4. Cancelling a booking

Can I cancel a book if my travel arrangements change?

Yes, you may cancel a car park booking up to 24 hours before your time of arrival using the “Manage My Booking” page. You will get a full refund if we receive notification in time.
